The frying pan ET541, which has non-stick coating, displays exact temperature of the bottom of the pan as well as the optimum temperature for cooking various foods on the LCD display. The ideal temperature menu consists of 11 entries for cooking such foods as lamb, beefsteak, pork, fish, poultry, and vegetables.

When the actual temperature matches the optimum one the frying pan gives alert. This way the owner can avoid wasting electric energy as well as reduce the loss of healthy elements contained in the food when it is overheated.
