The revolutionary new “digital” frying pan Thermometer Fry Pan created by Mingle Instrument company, Hong Kong, will help you cook perfect pancakes and beefsteaks. The frying pan ET541, which has non-stick coating, displays exact temperature of the bottom of the pan as well as the optimum temperature for cooking various foods on the LCD display. The ideal temperature menu consists of 11 entries for cooking such foods as lamb, beefsteak, pork, fish, poultry, and vegetables.

When the actual temperature matches the optimum one the frying pan gives alert. This way the owner can avoid wasting electric energy as well as reduce the loss of healthy elements contained in the food when it is overheated.

The warning signal is also produced when the actual temperature exceeds 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit), as over this temperature the Tefal coating can get damaged. Another “ring” warns the owner about low battery in the device. In addition, the frying pan “remembers” the temperature from the previous cooking session.
