Fujifilm announces four new super-zoom models at CES 2011 on January 5, extending its S-Series long-zoom "bridge camera" range.
The new cameras – S4000, S3400, S3300, S3200 - have zooms varying from 24x to 30x. All of them feature 14 megapixel CCDs, 24 mm wide-angle lenses, powered zoom, image stabilization and 3.0" LCD screens.
LCD resolution varies: 460K dot resolution on the S3400 & S4000 and 230K dot resolution on the S3200 and S3300.
The new bridge cameras differ in their zoom capabilities as follows:
S4000 30x (24 - 720 mm)
S3400 28x (24 - 672 mm)
S3300 26x (24 - 624 mm)
S3200 24x (24 - 576 mm)
All the S series cameras capture Full HD photos and 720p HD movies (30 fps) with a mini HDMI port.
