Sony began aggressively releasing new phone since the split from Ericsson in the handset business. Following another series, a Japanese vendor introduced its first smartphone is already beginning to use Android OS 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich.
His name is Sony Xperia Neo L M251. Quoted from Electronista, Wednesday (03/21/2012), the handset is a successor of Neo and Neo V comes out when Sony was still united with Ericsson. But not many changes in specifications made.
Neo L, has a screen resolution of 480x854 pixel four-inch, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3G HSDPA, 512MB RAM, 1500 mAh battery and a 5 megapixel camera complete with flash LED illumination. The camera is also capable of 720p HD video capture.
Neo L first appeared in the China market. Unclear whether this handset will also be marketed globally and what is the price range.
Sony itself has issued several series handset, the Xperia S, U and Xperia Xperia P. Everything is still on Android Gingerbread, but promised would get Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade this in 2012.
